Are my card details safe with you?

Yes - absolutely they are. Why? Because we don’t store your card details when you pay with us. See ‘Ways to Pay’ for more details.

Where do you deliver to?

We are an international company based in the United Kingdom. Our products are for sale through our website and we deliver them to the following countries:

All 27 EU countries

How quick is your delivery?

We ship all UK orders as 1st Class with Royal Mail on a next working day basis. Providing an item is in stock, we endeavour to dispatch all orders received by midday on the same day. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday but we take the weekend off to enjoy long walks with our dogs, so we do not dispatch at weekends. 

We also have a next day delivery option available. Next day delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon. 

Are there any discounts available?

Yes we do. Join our maxxiclub and get 20% OFF your first order with us. Then as a maxxiclub member, you will receive up to 15% discount on all your future orders.

Can I deliver my order to different address than my billing address?

Yes we can. Simply enter your ‘Ship To’ address during the checkout.

Do you offer subscribe and save?

Currently we don’t, but we aim to introduce such a program in early 2024. There are some techie stuff our IT guys need to work on to enable it.
